Mel Carminati

Mel Carminati represents a new generation at Be Live In Realty. A licensed agent at eighteen, she studies Business and Journalism at Endicott College and brings a current perspective alongside the experience she gained early in the industry.

Mel grew up watching the brokerage take shape. Beside her mother, Lia Carminati, Broker Owner of Be Live In Realty, and her father, Lourenço Carminati, a property developer, she saw showings, negotiations, investments and construction projects up close.

Today she takes part in transactions and is building her own path as an agent. Her commitment is to guide each client with honesty, preparation and clear communication, so they feel secure and supported at every stage. Mel also wants to reach and prepare young people like her, so they too can own a home and build a future through real estate.
